Choosing correct ANZSCO code

Hello everybody!

Looking for your help choosing right ANZSCO code. I worked as DataBase Developer. My duties:
- Development and design of the structure and the database model;
- Business logic implementation by using stored procedures, functions, scripts, cursors;
- Optimize the performance of database operations;
- Further database support, by writing automated packages for processing, converting, downloading, and other manipulations of the data;
- Writing technical documentation, manuals.

I've got stuck and I am not sure whether to select 261312 Developer Programmer or 261313 Software Engineer.
I would appreciate if someone could help me...

Hi Outlander -

Assuming you will be applying for a skills assessment sooner or later from ACS, you should consult their detailed description of ICT occupation and duties to determine the best one for you that aligns most closely with your work experience.
