We put all of our documents (all 200 pages) straight into an express-post envelope and sent it that way (applying online wasn't an option).

We were advised by our migration website not to put things in folders and not to staple things. We were also advised to 3-hole punch all our documents --- when you think about it, they aren't going to keep all your documents in the folders your sending them in - they will have to be put in their own binders/folders and it would probably be a pain for them to take out all the staples and hole-punch things. We used paper clips to secure the separate sections.

I don't know if you're allowed to post links on this forum but I can post a link to the two pictures we took of our application (showing thickness and all the paper clipped sections). Let me know

Edit now that my previous message has shown up!

Here are two links to the pictures of our application:

Picture one showing all our sections paper clipped: click!

Picture two showing the thickness of our application: click!

(the little envelopes on top are our passport sized photos)

Bit of a gliche in cyber space timing or something I expect Megera, and certainly if you want to link a photo or display one showing your application documents size, by all means do so.

It is only people who come on advertising/spamming with links who are dealt with though if a poster wants to contribute to the forum in a constructive way, they can have a link in their signature.

It doesn't say anything like that on the partner visa checklist...
