Visa - Please Help!

Hi guys, I'm new here and this is my first post.
I was wondering if anyone could explain to me a few things about my visa. I've tried looking at the government website about my visa, but it did not help me.
I have a student visa sub class 573 that was approved on the 10th Feb, 2010. I came 23rd Feb, 2010 to start my Bachelor's Degree in hospitality management. here are my queries:

1. What, with my current visa & degree, am I legally allowed to do to stay here after graduating in June 2013?

2. Can I get sponsored specifically by a hospitality employer as any position(F&B attendant, concierge) or does it have to be a managerial position?

Thank You for your help!

Kind Regards,
Emmanuel
