Question how to contact washington?

i plan to ask IMMI a question tomorrow and was wondering if anyone had that contact info?

We had to send to the general email [email protected] or you can call immigration help line on 613 216 7603 but email is better, as they have something in writing then and they are supposed to respond within a couple of days. The email worked better in our case.

What do you mean it redirected you? Did you get an e-mail back saying "Contact us at this link instead" or something like that? Can you tell us exactly what it said (minus your personal details, of course)?

I always call them from Skype... you get an answer immediately and the wait on the phone is very reasonable.

Since his visa was granted, I don't think he needs to call them anymore. LOL.
