From PR to Citizenship - requirements?

Hi all,

I was wondering about the residence requirement in order to be eligible for Citizenship. According citizenship.gov.au:

-have been living in Australia on a valid Australian visa for four years immediately before applying which must include the last 12 months as a permanent resident, and
-not have been absent from Australia for more than one year in total, in the 4 year period, including no more than 90 days in the year before applying.

I was in Australia from July 2009 until July 2010 (Working Holiday Visa)
Then again from October 2010 to November 2010 (Tourist Visa)
Then away for 14 months
Back in Oz on 2nd Working Holiday Visa since January 2012 until now.
Permanent residency was granted in January 2013.

I understand as I was away for more than one year, my first stay in Oz does not count anymore. Therefore I would be eligible to apply for citizenship in January 2016.
However the "Residence requirement calculator" states I can apply in January 2015?
