Any DC Embassy applicants who applied last year still waiting?

Specifically, I am looking for people who meet the following criteria:
  1. Applied in 2012
  2. Still waiting
  3. Applied for an offshore partner visa or PMV
  4. Applied through Washington DC Embassy

If this is you, please respond with your case officer's initials and your application date (if it isn't in your timeline). For example, my response is:

DN
Dec 19 2012

I tried to use the timeline feature to find people, but the filters don't behave properly.

I applied in Oct 2012 with case officer ML and I'm still waiting. Haven't heard anything even though I have sent emails starting to feel discouraged. My husband is coming in two weeks and I'm going back with him in June on an ETA. We are ready to be together.

I think it's just you and me left from 2012. Sigh. At least I haven't been waiting as long as you. Besides, mine's been doing shift work (fly in fly out) so we've had a fair amount of practice with this whole being apart thing. I am anxious for it to end.

I just wish they would give more info than "it's processing."

At least I don't know of any applications from my CO being processed ahead of mine (skipping me)... But I'm pretty sure yours has... I'd be POed and probably writing some angry letters to anyone who would listen.

You're a better person than me.

Seems like my CO is the slowest. I've only seen two recents from her and they were massive waits. It's just frustrating. I haven't even gotten a reply to my email from weeks ago.

We have the same CO. Not optimistic, given what I've read here.

Well, DN was like that, but just finally cleared his stack and approved one within 5 months... So maybe someone is getting on their cases and you'll hear soon!

And if not, ETA!

JMCD, I applied just about a month after you. I hope our CO has been away and is now back! There have been quite a few approved out of DC recently so hopefully this is a good sign. Even though we aren't leaving until September it is SO stressful not knowing 100%

I can't seem to change my signature now that im finally on a comp again and not my iphone.

I hope we all hear good news soon. And I wish for those that are still waiting beyond what seems to be the average they would let us know why so we could help resolve any questions.

I know. I'm leaving a month from today. I would really like to have a visa. I'll be at almost 8 months by then. I'm waiting to apply for my ETA until about two weeks before we leave. Trying to keep the faith ha.
