e600 Visitor Documents

Hi there, currently we are about to apply for a e600 visitor visa after being on a e601.

The applicant is from the Czech Republic, and we intend to apply for 6 months extension.

what we will need to prove by way of documents to make this happen? In the initial application it did not ask for any documents.
