ACS Assessement form hand written/typed

HI, i would like to know if the ACS (RPL Assessement form) needs to be hand written or typed ?

Is there any specific rule around that ?

And in case it has to be hand written, then the CBOK section still has to be typed ?

You could email the ACS and get it from the horses mouth but I expect either may be acceptable.
