2nd Stage Partner Visa - List of Required Documents

Hi All,

I recently received my list of documents that are needed to apply for the permanent partner visa. It seems like all they want is a new police check, stat decs from my partner and I, and for me to complete the checklist that they provide.

I was just wondering if any one provided any further evidence other than this, or if it is even required? Our circumstances haven't changed at all (apart from the addition of a dog!) since applying for the first stage of the partner visa, but I am just wondering if I need to provide further proof of this, (e.g., rental lease, bills, photos, etc.)?

It would be great to find out from those who have already gone through this process what you did!

Thanks!

Hi Olex,

No further evidence is necessary as far as I know unless otherwise stated. I submitted what ever was on the checklist and that was it. I received my PR visa 3 months later.

Hi olex,

Just out of curiosity (and if it's not going to be a long time consuming process for you), is there any chance you could list exactly what they have requested on their checklist?

I'm curious to know what they will ask for - from what I can see on the forums, they don't ask for a huge amount of additional information, but just wondering if it's a generic form and they request the same from everyone?

Thanks

Hi Olex,

I submitted my paperwork for my 801 visa back in Feb.. Still waiting for an answer but I included my check list, AFP certificate, 2 x stat decs, a letter from my mother in law and a few pictures of trips we had been on recently and pics from our wedding.

Its always good to include some more evidence.
