Yes that difficult place is my worry.

When she divorces, we will have to present our relationship as if it started after her divorce for this visa application. Does this sound correct?

Would her divorce look bad on the visa application?

If we applied for the PMV through Vietnam, would the marriage in Malaysia matter?

I know this sounds bad, but we do love each other.

I hope discussing this here won't cause any issues for her lol. Should I be careful what I type?
But one issue there.diac will request you police clearence wherever you residing more than one year.it would be problem for you!

Thanks again,

We are both going to obey the law, which is something I have stressed from the start.

That line was more me being worried about her Malaysian visa. Which she could get in trouble for

Yeah I figured diac would need to know about her details in Malaysia even if we applied through Vietnam ( she thinks otherwise) this will help convince her

Wow Aussie I'm sorry but this would be a major red flag to me. She already used one guy to get to Malaysia and now she's trying to get to Australia? Did she tell u about this urself or did u discover it on ur own? If she didn't tell u herself of her own free will I would be running for the hills. At the very least u need to spend more time with this woman. How do u know she's not really living with the guy in Malaysia. Sorry to say but I know a lot of similar stories and I lived in Malaysia for 3 years. Just my opinion of course and no offence meant.
