Suitable ACS Skill Assessment (Network Analyst or ICT Project Manager)

Dear Forumers (especially in ICT field),

I would like to seek your help currently I have 8 Years experience from IT focus on network technology.

I started from Network Administrator - Senior Network Administrator - IT Consultant, so do speak I have a career growth from beginner to mid-senior level.

To put it on brief details here are my tasks:

1. Network Administrator (2 years) - technical role
- network administration (firewall, loadbalancer, network/cisco)
- systems administration (web servers, linux and windows)
- project implementation (technical lead)
2. Senior Network Administrator (3 years) - transition from technical to management
- network administration (firewall, loadbalancer, network/cisco)
- systems administration (web servers, linux and windows)
- project implementation
- stakeholder management
- project team lead and technical lead roles
3. Network Consultant (3 years) - focus on project implementation
- project manager role
- project team lead
- vendor management
- change management
- cost management
- technical lead roles

Currently I do have valid certifications and trainings in project management (PRINCE2 and other local project management trainings) and other IT certifications all my network certification is expired (Cisco- CCNA, CCNP, RHCE5)

1. Which one fits best?
2. Is my early experiences involved in projects does not count to ICT Project Manager?
3. Or focus on Network Analyst since whole job roles is focus on the technology side?

Appreciate in advance for sharing your thoughts on my inquiry!
