Including my partner in a Permanent visa application

Hi guys,
I'm currently in a subclass 457 visa and my girlfriend in a student visa.
In order that she may be able to work full-time we were planning to include her in my sponsorship visa (requires at least 6 months together).
On the other hand, I meet the requirements to apply for a permanent resident visa. So it would be awesome to apply together to that new visa instead of including her in my current one. However, we only have 6 months together and not the 12 months that the subclass 190 requires.

I wonder if there is a way to do this without waiting 6 more months? please any idea?

Thanks

Possibly marriage or registering your relationship, depwnding on your whereabouts and circumstances. I suggest you take professional advice before you commit to a course of action.
