Any chance you and your fiancee will have applied by July 1?
I doubt it CollegeGirl, I sent them express to Russia, and the post office said 2 to 4 days but I am unsure of the postal Service in Russia. If they get there within 2 days then maybe its possible. She has to have medical done, can we send in application before medical is done and let them know when she has done the medical?

It's absolutely not mandatory to front-load your medical (in fact, many countries don't even ALLOW you to do your medical until your CO asks for it). So, yes, you can absolutely apply with everything except the medical.

You might want to check with her embassy (if they have a website, even easier) just to see what they say about the timing of the medicals, just to make sure.

Ok good to know, I have her contacting them today anyway to make sure. If she gets everything I sent to her quickly then we may still be able to get it submitted before july 1, my question is will they except this being so close to the change of form date of july 1?

Yep, they sure will! As long as they receive it before July 1.
