Streamlined Pathway to Visa Nomination for 457 Visa Holders

Hi there

I am an Indian Passport holder with NZ Permanent Residence relocating to Melbourne on a 457 Visa on 261314 classification as Software Tester
I have not studied or worked in Australia earlier.

I intend to apply under Streamlined Pathway to Visa Nomination for 457 Visa Holders after working for 1 year in Melbourne

Streamlined Pathway to Visa Nomination for 457 Visa Holders - Live in Victoria

My occupation on the Visa Nomination Occupation List for Victoria under 261314 (Software Tester).
Applications under this occupations are currently closed, except for those applying under the streamlined PhD and 457 pathways

1. The ANZSCO code 261314 does NOT appear on the SOL list but appears on the CSOL List .
Am I still eligible to apply for PR through this route ?

2. Do the overall points score have any relevance if i am using this pathway ?
Do I need a minimum Score to be eligible ?

From what I could understand, just an ACS assessment with 3 years of accepted Experience and IELTS score of 6.0 only are required.
My Age, Health and Character assessments have no problems

Am I missing any other important point which can prevent me from getting a PR ?

Thanks for advising
