Advice needed

Dear Wanderer,
I got mail from my co,he/she asked,some evidence of my employment evidence,I already submitted my Exp certificate and some sample photos,Cash vowchers for 12 months,my visiting card,id card,my company daily ledger note book papers.
But my co mentioned

"The employment evidence you have provided contains insufficient details for the assessment of your work experience claims.
Please provide additional employment evidence before your application date (or period of employment if less) for the primary applicant.
Please refer to the enclosed instructions for employment references and duty statements.Please also provide additional evidence including but not limited to; Pay slips covering the period of claimed work experience
Bank statements showing payment of salaries into personal bank accounts
Taxation Documents"
My one of the forum friend mentioned that "STATUTORY DECLARATION
Statutory Declarations Act 1959,form."You have to produce the form it is useful to you and speed up your processing.Please advice me.
How can i satisfied my co?

A stat dec could help, but I would be paying close attention to what documents/evidence your case officer is requesting.

"including but not limited to" means that you should at the minimum provide this information. You should also think about any other documents you might have that proves that you worked at the companies you included in your application as well as evidence that supports the time frame.

Some things I can think of off the top of my head include:

- employment contract
- timesheets
- maybe any articles you wrote or that were written about you for magazines that mention you and your employer
- reference letters
- any letters from your company that have your name and the company letter head, even if it is just about your holidays etc
- if you got health insurance or any other benefits from your employer you probably got letters from them which have your name and company details

Go through your old files and see what you come up with.

Dear Mike,
Thanks for your kind reply,i have 9 years experience in my company,is it possible 12months payslip is enough to my co sanctification or more evidence i have to submit.i have last year payslip for evidence.
And my company is medium based so we dont have any health insurance and bank payment.
please suggest me for my confusion

Payslips is just one of the things mentioned in the email by your CO. It is up to you to prove to them that you have been working for the company for as long as you have stated in your application.

Please read the email carefully, it says "Pay slips covering the period of claimed work experience". So they want to see payslips covering the time you were employed by your company, maybe not every payslip but may some from the first year, second year, last year...

How about an employment contract? Tax records?
