A very bright Black Friday for me!
Online, low-risk
I was started to be really worried!
@Mish: they ended up not calling either of us despite the info provided about living in separate countries (maybe because we added holiday evidences or provided the info voluntarily?)

24 aug 2014: Application
Mid oct 2015: Grant 820
24 Aug 2016: eligible 801
Mid may 2017 : application 801 (we took our time knowing the processing time!)
1 Sept 2017: contacted Immi
5 Sept 2017: Received a "28 days to send further info" letter
Early nov: contacted immi again..
24 nov 2014 (15 months on the dot): GRANTED!

Congrats! I would say that the providing information voluntarily helped.

Hi there,

I just attached my new Passport copy to my immi account, however I had to do it under the "other documents" section, as the drop-down list of documents wasnt working at all for me. I could only choose "Other" from the menu.
I tried several browsers.

Has anyone had this issue too?

You scroll to the bottom underneath those categories and click the "Add documents" button.

thanks,

yeah i mean after clicking that. literally on the screen that lets you upload and attach the documents, the drop down menus dont work for me. it only allows me to choose the "other document" selection.

The add document button at the very bottom below all the categories used to open up a menu that allowed two drop downs that would give you options for any possible category title, more than the recommended options on the upload screen.

If that button is not working for you, I would say try logging into your account under a different web browser and try again. If it's still not doing it, then maybe that was a change made in the recent immi account maintenance.

Ultimately, it doesn't matter. If the document is there and the file clearly labeled, then that's all you need.

Hi guys, just a heads up:

I recently checked out the 801 spreadsheet to see if any new processing times were listed under "2017 grants". Last time I checked the sheet was around a month ago, and the shortest wait time listed was around seven months. So, I was a bit surprised when I noticed quite a few processing times were listed as being under six months; the lowest being 4.3 :O. I noticed one member with a four month wait time was from the U.S so I searched their name in the forum to get a good idea of their circumstances, and according to their posts their processing period was 13 months, not four. I searched a few other members with processing times under seven months, and the same thing happened (one person with 5 months listed actually got it approved in 12 months etc.)

No big deal, someone may have entered in the wrong data accidentally. However, if any members are looking at this section of the spreadsheet to get a good idea of processing times...keep in mind some of the ones under 7 months are a bit off

I haven't looked at it in awhile. I have now looked at it and the grant dates for 2017 are all over the place (again). Unfortunately, I have no choice to lock down the ones that are already granted so that the information cannot be changed.
