I also wonder if form 80 is necessary for the 801. From what I understand from reading the immi website and checklist, it is not required, but it is a little confusing.

If you still have the one you filled out for the 820 you could just copy that one and add the new stuff. I think that's what I'll do if I can't find a sure answer

Form 80 is not on the document checklist listed on the immigration website for the 801/100 stage.

Best not to go by "recommended" uploads on the upload page. It's a generic upload page so all the items do not necessarily apply. Go by the visa checklist.

Came across it on the website:

"You will need to provide evidence to show that you and your sponsor continue to be in a spouse or de facto partner relationship since you were granted the temporary Partner visa."

Source.

The decision can be reviewed.
The Department cannot consider your visa application any further. However, you are entitled
to apply to the Administrative Appeals Tribunal (AAT) for a merits review of this decision. An
application for merits review of this decision must be given to the AAT within 21 calendar
days after the day on which you are taken to have received this letter.
You may only seek merits review of this decision with the AAT if you are physically present in
Australia at the time this application for merits review is made

also my current visa doesnt show on vevo am i illegaly staying now >

I'm not sure but I thought they issued a bridging visa to allow you time to leave or to appeal. Best to contact an RMA and use a professional to try and win the appeal.

The rejection should give a list of reasons why they believe that you are not in a genuine relationship (usually there is more than one). You would have been granted a BVA which is in effect for 28 days and once you lodge the AAT application it will be extended. You will need to apply for a BVB if you want to go overseas.

You should speak to a registered migration agent. You need to go through the rejection decision and address all of their concerns and make sure you have evidence to make it up for AAT.

Only the applicant requires the police check.
