Hi Everyone

I have applied for my second stage 801 since October 2016 online haven't got anything yet from the department i just checked online waiting period for 801 is 16-21 months i already in 21 months what should i do i have called the immigration they said you have to wait what i should do lodge a complaints?

Hi Everyone

Am still waiting on my turn its been 21 months from my second stage lodged i have applied for my second stage in October 2016 no one have got in touch with me or my wife what should i do now i have called them earlier they said you need to wait should i lodge a complaints ?? its been 4 years waiting for all this tough process

Was your eligibility date Oct 2016? If yes, it hasn't been 21 months yet. Mine was Dec2016 and I'am still on 16.5 months

Yes you have passed the standard processing time and you should go ahead and lodge a complaint. There is a feedback section in your immi account. Go ahead and lodge complaint. Donít know how they process application. I guess they just go by random order and thatís why people who applied earlier are still waiting with no updates. Makes me feel annoying
