Oh ok, in that case I would complain since it's 21 months. I am planning to complain once its over the 90% time frame that they post. It seems reasonable to complain

My eligible date was 15 Sep 2016 and I submitted my application on 5 Sep 2016. Still waiting. I consulted an agent friend and the answer was there were a group of applications around my time were all very slow......

Thatís great. You could have lodged complaint as soon as you crossed 18 months timeline. But anyway, grant is not far for you

I submitted all that info October 2016 when I lodged my 801 application.

I was contacted a month ago by a case officer for a new police check, which i submitted 2 weeks ago. No other info was requested.

My Eligibility date was mid Oct 2017

Unfortunately, there is no standard wait time and that includes following a request for additional info. Some people only wait a few days after supplying the requested documents while some may wait a month+.

No, this is a general 801 waiting forum. I'm sure we have people commenting and waiting from all dates ranging from the past two years and maybe longer! I often log in and saw this thread had activity, and threw in my two cents about the processing times since that applies to all of us
