I am from high risk country
Lodged 820 on 26th August 2014
Granted 820 on 25tht September 2015
Lodged 801 on 27th August 2016
No communication after that. I have been continuously uploading evidences backing our on going relationship.

I have daughter who is turning 2 years old in June 2018. We have married for four years. Please advise what should I do. I have phoned immi in March 2018 and they said wait as the current waiting time is between 18 to 23 months. Now I have been waiting nearly 21 months and have not heard from immi. Please advise what should I do?
Lodge a complain?

Your sincere advice will be greatly appreciated.

Your Same time as me my self 23/08/2016 no respond yet i have lodged a complaints my opinion is go ahead and lodge a complaints and wait foe 2 weeks and if there's no respond after that go a head and lodge ombudsman and good luck finger cross

Thank you! How do you do that. Does the sponsor manually write it, scan it and submit it with the rest of your application?

You can find the required documents and information for the 801 here. Read step 5 and click the calculator link, answer yes and yes, then you'll be given links with required docs including the sponsor's stat dec form.

Hi sorry for the delay - I had stepped out. This came out a little disjointed - I believe you are asking about the sponsor declaration if so - then yes - mt husband filled it out (handwritten) got it certified then we scanned it in and uploaded it on my app under where his doc's go. Hope that helps.
