It says 10 received when I uploaded at least 16.
I'm guessing there must of been an upload error at some point.

I wonder if it has anything to do with my status saying 'someone is currently assessing your visa'.

Do you think it's best I leave it until they contact me or re-upload the documents ?
Thanks Mish, I'm not surprised about the not replying to emails regarding documents.

Since you haven't used alot of slots and it is saying less than what you uploaded, I would re-upload some of them. It could just be something as simple as that you forgot to hit a button on the day that you did it so it didn't upload or the immi account had issues that day.

There are a few here and there for paper. In all honesty it is hard to tell if paper takes longer to process as alot of people on this forum apply online. I always suggest that people apply online.

Hi all, I'm gathering evidence to submit for 801 next week. Having a look at the bank statements, I'm wondering it is ok I hide the credit card number or should submit the copies as they are provided by the bank. Thanks.

If you have submitted your 801 then I would send them a quick email advising the dates you will be away and how they can get in contact with you while you are away.

20 months??? Any reason? Why is it taking so long ? Have you tried to contact them? If, what did they say?
