My wife's 801 granted today! Can't believe the uncertainty is over.
Here's how it went down.

Country of origin: China
Center: Melbourne
Application: 820/801, paper, no agent
10/05/2016 Application lodged in person

22/05/2018 801 Granted!

Just wanted to share with ya'll who know what it's like to go thru this.

All information provided for the 801 should be from after the 820 grant.

Seems like they're pushing the PRs through at the moment as we're seeing a cluster from both the 801 and 100 side. Congrats to all!

Hi Mish,
I applied for 820/801 in December 2014. I received 820 visa grant in March 2016.In August 2016, my son 21 years old
receied 445 visa grant, and I added he to my application. In December 2016 we put new evidence for the second stage of 801visa,and since then we were expecting our 801 visa grant.A few weeks back ,my son returned to our country, returning to the beginning of September.Of course I announced the emigration.I have sent my son itinerary and a copy of the flight ticket. From your experience this traveler can affect the time of the 801 visa grant?I thank you in advance for your answer.

Married 3 yrs with a 15 month old toddler.
Evidence since 820: joint business, furniture purchase, joint account/credit cards, joint private health, joint vehicle ownership, joint phone bill, power of attorney, pictures of family functions/dinners/outings.

We used only 30 of the allocated slots as we combined our evidence in pdfs. we also uploaded evidence of joint social events every 3/4 months.

We're just so happy the days of collecting evidence are over lol.

All the best to everyone waiting; Your grant will come eventually!
