Anyone applied around the same time with me but still waiting

Hi there,

I applied 820 visa in Dec 2014

In Dec2016 I applied my 801 visa

Itís been 18 months since my eligible date, still waiting...

I am from a high risk country, is there anyone in this forum applied the visa around the same time with me and already got your 801 visa?

I wonder whatís the longest time period people have waited for their 801 visa since eligible date? I donít want to be the one chasing Immigration after 20 something months but I feel that I might be neglected.

Is that for 801?
I am currently studying at TAFE, paying domestic fees on 820 visa.
I thought it would also apply for dependents?

We applied 820/801 visa in December 2014
In Dec2016 we put new evidence for 801 visa. My son has 445 visa child dependent from June 2016,and this visa does not allow tl free English language (AMEP)course at TAFE.

I am the same dates - Dec 2014! The longer it is , the more desperate I become haha. A year and a half is a long period of time. I’m hoping they will review our cases after the financial year...
