Domestic fees apply to those on a 820 visa? I had no idea about this!!! I thought international fees apply unless on a PR

Have most of you just done the minimum or is it worth going ahead and submitting quite a few?

19th Nov 2015: Arrived in Aus on 2nd year 417 Visa
28th Sep 2016: 820/801 Application submitted
20th Apr 2017: 820 granted
28th Sep 2018: Submit further evidence for 801
19th Nov 2019: Eligible to apply for citizenship (if 801 granted before this date and the laws donít change...fingers crossed!)
Hi Sg2104. Can you please let us know what kind of evidence you provided for the 801 visa? Thanks

For TAFE, but I'm pretty sure it depends on the course.

Sg2104, I thought you have to be on PR for at least 12 months before you'll be eligible to apply for citizenship. So in your case, you're aiming to get PR by 19th Nov 2018 if you want to be eligible for citizenship by 19NOV19?

We are just in the process of preparing everything for our 801 submission We are going to structure it in a similar way and with very similar (just updated) evidence as we did for the 820 submission, so all the usual stuff- 888s, JRS/Stat decs, social/financial/legal documents, travel, etc.

Yes this is pretty unlikely just a best case scenario!
