Do you mean 47SP?
If you are applying by post: YES (Make sure if they are still accepting the application by post. I remember they wanted to stop that. I'm not up to date)
If you are applying Online through Immi Account: NO

Hi nessakaye, as others have stated you DO NOT have to fill out a 47sp for the 801 as your partner has already been approved as a sponsor.

However, your partner will need to fill out a partner stat dec here: https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/Visas...ec_sponsor.pdf
Once you submit your 801 through immi, you can upload this to your attachments page for the application.

Cheers!

FYI y'all the sponsor form is 40SP not 47SP.

For clarification at PR stage: Applicant fills out online Stage 2 form. Sponsor has no online form to complete but needs to do a stat dec.

If you follow the online checklist, it explains it all clearly. Read Step 5 and go to the calculator.

Perhaps write out the stat dec by hand or on word before typing it out for the application? That way, you have a better idea what to say.
There are four main sections you'll have to talk about in regards to you and your partner's relationship. Your domestic life (how you guys split the chores/housework, what you do together at home etc.). In this section you can expand on what you wrote here: doing housework and taking care of your child. Be sure to note how your partner chips in as well. There's also the financial (how you split up the bills for the home, utilities, any joint purchases), social (activities you do within the community with extended family, mutual friends, etc) and your nature of committment (how you support each other emotionally).
If you've kept your stat decs for the 820 perhaps read over your answers for these questions. The 801 is suppose to describe your life with your partner since the grant of the 820, but your old stat decs can help you understand what topics to "update" the department about.
