We are all here to support each other.

About the Statue Declaration Skybluebrewer and HRose313 explained precisely, so in addition I just add few guidelines that my partner and I followed:

1. Both you and your partner need to write statue declaration; signed by each of you in front of a JP as a witness. I suggest you two discuss it first, dig the history. Then each one of you write yours separately.
2. All the information you provide in the statue declarations should be after the date of 820 Grant; Even though your focus must be that but do not restrict yourself. I assume your previous statue declaration is submitted 2 years ago. Then there is a lot of change and a lot to say.
3. If you explain a particular event (birth of child for example), it's a good idea to mention the date, the place, etc.
4. Make sure to use headings for each section explained by HRose313.

Good luck

Can you please suggest that what should i do?
Well, just keep your documents up to date. You are still within the processing time range. The last update for 801 processing time is 15 to 21 months.
I am just a month behind you: 17. For us, the waiting is not the difficult part, as we have our beautiful relax lifestyle. But, every now-and-then, when I miss a great job offer, it feels like someone hit my head with a big hammer, reminding me that I am not yet a PR.

If the visa applicant fills in the narrative boxes in the online form, they don't need to do a separate statement. Because the sponsor does not do an online form with those boxes at Stage 2, they need to do a stat dec.

Very good outline, appguy! But to add, as Skybluebrewer mentioned the applicant doesn't have to do a stat dec as they fill out the stat dec questions in the online application. Also, the sponsor's stat dec doesn't have to be signed (or written in front of) a JP witness. The sponsor stat dec comes with an attached list of appropriate witnesses that applicants can bring their declarations too. Just thought I'd point this out so nessakaye doesn't become confused!

Hi everyone am not understand this in my online account it’s writtin How long will processing take?
calendar
16 months to 21 months
This range is based on the Global processing times which are updated monthly. The estimate may change during the processing period.

You can minimise the processing time for this application by supplying all supporting documents and responding to any requests for information promptly.

And on the immigration website written 15-22 months ??? What dose that mean ? Which one is the right answer ? Is it 16-21 months or 15-22 months

They seem to update the immi account times less frequently or at least later so I would think the website is most accurate.

That being said it's irrelevant as you don't know which percentage you'll fall into so the times posted don't really matter.
