What country are you from? Some countries seem to take longer than others.

How do you know they haven't looked at it?

Russia. Normally if they look at it they will ask you questions or "Last Updated" will change. it hasn't

801

Hello everyone, Just to let you know and share my story: I come from Belgium (low risk) and I had a prospective marriage visa before partner visa. All my application was made trough a migration lawyer and no it is not quicker than if you do it yourself!

So far unfortunately I have been waiting 22 months after my eligible date for my 801:

300 Prospective Marriage lodged on 29th April 2014.
300 Granted 18th August 2014.

820 lodged on 19th of December 2014.
820 granted on 17th of June 2015.

801 lodged on 19th of December 2016.
801 Granted ???????

Cross fingers for my PR and good luck to everyone who's been waiting more than 20 months!

Martin.

Hi Martin,
Coincidence, and I 820/801 submitted19December, 2014,and we're still waiting🤔In my app is and my boy with a 445 dependent child visa.
The hardest problem is that my boy wants to make a chef school, and with 445 visas he has to pay for school just like international students! It's ridiculous everything that's happening...
