Autocorrect is usually autowrong. In context, it makes sense that it should have said "grant".

Actually, I have read all the posts. You just edited your original to include your grant dates. Sky was simply trying to clarify with you to help you...yet you responded with a snarky comment. Hence, Sky's later response to you, which I don't blame Sky for one bit. You came on here asking questions. So, you might want to check the attitude when people were just trying to clarify if you'd gotten your 820 grant (which previously you did NOT state that you had). Most of us are in the same boat here. Being polite goes a lot farther than being rude.

Hey grandpa I can't apply for the 801 if I didn't receive the 820 first!!!!!!!!!!
Funny enough some people don't realise that which is why people ask for clarity.
I appreciate the humor at the typo and the stress of the wait, we've all been there.
However asking for help and advise then abusing people when they try and help when you don't provide the info will get your nowhere.

Hi
LadyRogueRayne

I have given 28 days to submit the documents. I am hoping they will open the file as soon as 28 days period is finish just to check whether i have provided the docs or not.

I’m not sure.

It's just hard to tell. I provided documents that they asked for. I called 4 days later and asked if there was anything else they needed, and that I had provided the requested documentation. I had my grant 20 minutes after I hung up the phone. However, I've seen other people provide their information and wait a few months before they got their grant. It all depends on how many others they are working on at the same time. Hopefully you get your answer soon!

Like I said before the 801 can't be processed without the 820 being GRANTED thats is why I didn't mention it before, it was obvious for me and yes I did edit my post.

Hey I'm not asking for help I have a lawyer for that, I was just sharing my story. I also didn't abuse anyone so stop spreading rumours because you saw one post. Read from the beginning and then you can talk.

A technical question:
My bachelor degree is an overseas degree, and I got my master degree in Australia.
I am aware that assessment of the overseas degree is not a requirement for Partner visa. What about for job? Is it illegal to work while the degree is not assessed?
