I personally believe in a polite request before complaints, but that's just me.
I had forgotten about that one. From memory he had only been waiting around 6 months so no wonder immigration got pissed off with him.

From what I remember he also did not provide enough evidence so he ended up with a refusal.

Don't remember reading the outcome. Ah well. It did make me weary of contacting them but thought stuff it, worth a shot. Obviously supplied plenty of evidence though!

I thought you lodged an enquiry and not a complaint though?

Enough evidence is the key.

I did not lodge a formal complaint; I politely requested through the enquiry form, yes. I imagine plenty complain through the enquiry form too though.

I sent my 801 application yesterday! yay finally, my eligibility date was August 3rd 2018, so I sent it 3 months later.
Anyway question is when I attached evidence there was a place to add From 80 so does it mean I have to do it again? I did it for 820 few months back..

also should I wait few more months to do my AFP check?

Follow the 801 checklist, not the generic immi upload screen.

I didn't wait to do my AFP.
