Try clearing cache and cookies, then logging in again. If that doesn't work, give it a day or so.

I applied for the second state of partner visa/801 and when I try to attach documents I only see a small list of recommended documents most of which do not apply to me. I do not see any options for uploading documents nature of commitment, nature of household, social aspects, or even ID such as passport or drivers licence. Do I upload everything under "Other"?
We used the "Other" section, then noticed the other options appeared the next day.

I am apprehensive about it now, but hoping it will be OK..

Anyone else used "other" and got the final grant, without issues?

The other options never did appear on mine. The only category that showed up (other than Form 80, travel documents, Character, and some others that didn't apply) was Couple Living Together. So I put most things under that or under Other. I don't think it matters, as long as you provide the evidence.

Visa 801

Hi guys,

We are now exceeded 24 months wait from our eligibility date. I sent through suggestion/feedback, but they said it's a general inquiry and can't assist further. They gave me the link for inquiry and asked me to send through that. I'm speechless now.

Is there anyone waiting for their 801 more than 24 months same as me?

Hi Pal,

Yes I used the feedback form to complain about the processing time as we are over 24 months now. I've just sent another inquiry using the inquiry form. I doubted they will reply me.

I used the "Other" section pretty extensively, even with the four main category options being there.

Personally, I think immi needs a revamp. Why preload category options at all? Should just be a drop down for main category choices (i.e., social, financial, etc) then a sub-drop down menu for more specific items (i.e., wills, bank statements, photos, insurance, etc).

Are they still in this forum? I barely see their post now. Are those date their eligibility date or 801 lodgment date?
