If you click on the Statistics tab, you can find all their posts and the last time they were active. You can also send them a private message from their profile if you like.

As long as I remember it is their eligibility date for 801.

Tommy, did you apply online or paper? Have you lodge a complain? I called last week and one of the lady advised me the processing time is calculated from the date we submitted 801 to present. Then I pointed out on the website it’s said from eligibility date to present not submission date. She then said “well, then i’m on my 23rd month and 30 days not 24 months”. I’m speechless.

Is there anyone waiting for their 801 more than 24 months same as me?
Hey ASB I'm on 23 months! Let see what happen as you already complained! What exactly did you put in the complaint? Thanks and good luck.

Hi there, we applied for an 801 visa for my husband (American) six months ago, we have a notice on the immi page that says waiting for health assessment. Do we do that now? I seem to recall it only being valid for twelve months which means we would have to get a second one and perhaps a third done to keep it current if we got it done now. If not will they send us an email or something asking for it when they are ready? Thank you. It’s a long wait ahead :P

Has he been granted the 820? There's no health assessment for Stage 2 (801) unless they specifically request it, which I've never seen on this forum. I didn't need to do one for my 801.

Oh, I guess itís the 820 then, the application just seems to say 801/820, logic says 801 comes first :P
