Has anyone been requested to do a health check for the 801, or does anyone know if it's common to be requested? .

I'd like to submit in my application as "front-loaded" as possible, but just not sure if the health check would be necessary during this 2nd stage - I did a health check for the 1st stage (309) at the end of 2016.
No, the health check was actually already for the 100 or 801.

Sorry for all the follow-up questions - we're almost ready to submit which is why I have some last minute questions...

Regarding the household evidence:
The overview on the Gov page says to provide a "statement about how you share housework". My husband and I have already provided statements on the household and the division our housework in the stat decs. Do we need to draft an additional statement on this?

No, that would have been covered in the online form. I didn't provide any additional statements, just did the questions in the form.

Hi all
Anyone has been waiting 801 longer than me. I am waiting for more than 27 months already since eligible date. I have updated my evidence very often. My lawyer has contacted immigration about my case 6 months ago, and the officer said no more requirement from my case. But I have still updated evidence 3 months ago and still waiting
I do not know what should I do now
Any advice would be highly appreciated
Thanks

I can't believe it!!! My partners PR 801 was granted today

Timeline
820 application date: April/2016
820 granted: March /2017
801 application date: April/2018
801 granted: 12/12/2018

Immigration didnít contact us except to request a medical during the 820 process. My partner is from the UK

Good luck everyone...I have everything crossed for you all!

Thank you to everyone on this forum who takes the time to answer questions and provide valuable information, I don't think I could have done it without this forum!

Hey everyone.
Just joined the forum today. I wondered how everyone’s applications were progressing and how much longer I was looking at?
Basically I qualified to apply for the 801 back on January 23 2018,
Was a bit annoyed at my immigration agents who dragged their feet a bit. Got my application in on July 27th 2018. I have ready previous posts that said I should have an answer within 24 months of the date I could apply? I thought it was from the date my application was handed in?
I have a very strong application and the mrs and I are very happy. The issue is I have gone back to uni and am currently an international student. Once the residency is granted I’ll be saving $20,000 a year which is why I’m so keen. I’m expecting to wait a while but wondered if anyone’s had been quicker than the 18-24 months quoted or if I should expect to wait until July 2020.
Thanks for taking the time to read.
Andrew

Applied in AU

801: March 208
801 PR: Pending

Contacted in October asking to upload partners parents 888 form which was done he following days. Now we wait.

Conscious others here are getting granted their PR’s before us but have applied after which is odd. I’m a low risk country and provided everything required.

Processing time is now quoted at 18-25 months. A friend of mine recently received her 801 after 6 months of eligible date. She applied two months early than her eligible date, recently gave birth (the child of relationship) and from low risk country. I have also seen a few posts in this forum received their grants around 8-10 months. However, some people in this forum are waiting for 24,25 or even 29 months so who knows. I would prepare for the worst and if it comes early then it is a bonus!

PS. processing time based on your eligible date so in your case it starts from January 2018.
