As for the enquiry form, I mentioned when I had made my original application. When I became eligible. How I had made a decision ready application. Mentioned that i had contacted the department atleast once a month. I also mentioned how my wait timings kept increasing each time they updated the timings.

Good luck with your application.
Did you upload new evidence since you applied 801 ? And how often you upload them ? how long about your relationship when you start to applied 820/801 the first stage ? Thanks

I'm mulling over sending an inquiry too, before that though I'd like to ask about form 80. Are we supposed to fill one up? I wasn't asked to do it for 820 but have seen some do it for 820/801... Also what do people put on the inquiry form? The only reason I'd want it quicker is peace of mind as partner and I are about to go for bulk billed IVF and whenever we go I think crap what if they pull my 820 or what if because I'm not on PR then my Medicare isn't the same as PR's Medicare therefore we have to pay much more.

I uploaded documents every two or three months. Every new invoice that we got eg. car insurance one month, body corporate the other. etc. My husband and I have been together since 2013. we applied for 820 in 2015 about 16 months of being together. We got engaged in 2015 and married in 2017. It will be 6 years of being together this July.

Applied 820/801, 820 grant in about 3 weeks (from a 300). Submitted documents for 801 on time, 801 grant in nearly 4 weeks from eligibility.

No form 80 for Stage 2. Doesn't matter that you didn't do one before, that's probably because it wasn't required back then. I didn't do one either.

You get the same Medicare entitlements as everyone else. The only reason why the card is an interim one is because they aren't going to issue out Medicare cards valid for 5 years (like the green ones) for people that should only be waiting for a decision for a year or two. So you get the interim one that has a one year expiry every time until you get PR.

We don't take a lot of pictures either. Its mostly when we go out once a month. I had around 25 - from when we went out by ourselves, with family, friends etc.

I made a pdf with a picture and below it wrote a small line like when it was taken, who all are in it from L-R. this was with both of us in the pictures togethers and some separately.

I dont think it matters how many pictures you provide, its more to show different times in the relationship.

Thanks so much for that. Didn't want to ask the clinic as I wasn't sure if they'd know anything medicare wise...

I do have another question, my partner is a British citizen, a few months ago he got his Australian citizenship. I sent in photos during his citizenship ceremony but not anything else... does his becoming a citizen affect my visa states that I'm a UK class provisional resident.

I just checked my account, applied the end of Feb 2018, now it states “further assessment”. I know it will be longer, but I’m just curious to check out what does that actually mean if anyone knows? Thank you.

No. That "class UK" part is purely coincidental. That's just an identifier for the subclass 820 visa.
