It was long process and i was very worried as i lodged her file myself. Thanks to God. She can stay with me without any worries.

I wish everyone here good luck.

Congratulations! I applied 801 in October 2017 and still hear nothing ! Your 801 grant faster than others process , can I ask how many years of your relationship when you logged the stage 1 820 at the beginning? Any child? Thanks

Were you uploading new attachments every month? and then using the enquiry contact form?

Hi buttersnips,

Yes i did update them almost every month. In the first application i emailed once and they granted that visa within few days after contacting them. And the same with the second application. I don’t know if it wud help the application processing time but it seemed it worked for us.

Doubt it. Partner visas are family stream. The majority of applicants will have children.

On the flip side, does that mean they treat applications without children less seriously? Because we don't have any, or plan to in the next few years
