It says that because Stage 2 isn't an application, it's an assessment. The 801 application was made when you submitted the combined 820/801 application (the fee is actually for the 801, as is the medical).

So you're not applying for Stage 2 two years after application, you're eligible for Stage 2 two years after application. So 801 was applied for two years ago.

Yes, that's what it's supposed to look like.

We can change bills to both of our names and add me on one of his bank account but would it be necessary? We didnít have any joint on our 820 except the USD joint account in Phils. The house and bills in Phils are in my name. Bulding materials on my name, few on his name. Those were all submitted on 820. As much as Iíve wanted to make a will for our house and my other house in Phils , is not possible atm coz we donít have enuf money to travel back home. He is out of job for 3 yrs now and he still looking for a job. Please help more on evidences that we could gather.. Thanks a lot.

1. 2 x trips overseas
2. His parents came and stayed with us for 5 weeks
3. He proposed.
4. Planning the wedding
5. Planning to buy a house together (bought 2 months after submitted the application)

I also attached evidence where available such as email conversations with our wedding planner, plane tickets, hotel bookings, photos of our engagement etc.

Still thinking and looking for more.

You could also add some joint travel documents such as plane tickets, boarding passes. I assumed that he had traveled with you to and from Philippines right?

Do you have joint electricity account? If not I think you can go online and add yourself as a joint account holder. That what I did, then when you download you bills your name will show up.

With photos, I would mainly focus on the ones taken with a group of friends or families. If not, maybe the ones with you two when you traveled together. I personally wouldn't upload many selfies as it may not weight as much as the ones I mentioned.

In your bank statement, you could highlight the transactions where he transferred money to and from his bank account (if any).

Don't forget 2 x form 888

Yeah they both after the grant of 820. We also have a few domestic trips as well, I uploaded domestic flight tickets, Airbnb bookings and photos for those... sorry forgot to mention in previous comment.

Hello everyone! I just join the forum.
I was wondering if someone can help me with some doubts.
Currently, I'm holding the further assessment status.

820/801 online application submitted :
28 June 2016

801 2nd stage date submitted (eligible):
20 July 2018

I haven’t heard from the department of immigration since then. Should
I fill out the partner (permanent) processing centres enquiry form?
Or I should just keep waiting to hear from them?

The 19 to 26 months starts counting from the eligibility date (2nd stage) or when the 820/801 application was submitted?

Thanks everyone!

I intended to do whatever is easiest for the CO - and then I made this stupid error (unknowingly) 😞
Any advice?
Hey,

I am having exactly the same issue! I submitted the application, started attaching documents, but there is no option to select a category. I started uploading everything under "Other" category.

I logged out and logged in again many times, but I still can't select a category.
Does it work for you now?
Hi AlisaMelbourne, sorry I didn’t see your comment last month.

Hm, that sounds like a technical issue. The other categories appeared when I logged in the next time which is when I freaked out a bit - but oh well, now it’s done 🙂 My files are clearly labeled so it should make sense once someone looks at the application. I don’t think we have any reason to worry. Also, I like to think that the most important thing is to submit the evidence 😊
