Not sure what you call a long term relationship these days but we have been together for 3 years.

Hi all, just get confused about the status of the visa. Are you a permanent resident at the time when you are eligible for permanent partner visa application or when you are granted the permanent partner visa?

I have contacted synergy and water corp and was told that they don’t do both names on bill statement/account. They could only add me as an Auth contact.

Our water bill is in both of our names. Synergy is in my husband's name; however, they did add me on the account as an authorized contact. I received an email from them about it, so I uploaded that as evidence. Ask for something in writing from them.

Hi did you end up getting a reply for your enquire form? I don't know if enquiring would be much help since last couple of times we did we got passive aggressive answers telling us just to wait... I wonder waiting for 19+ months for 801 will make them looking into it?
