My 801 just went to further assessment, apparently this only happens if theyre happy with the documents youve submitted? Im still going to upload more every month just incase. I hope i get my 801 before 2020 as thats when i start uni and really dont want to defer until 2021


WHV march 2016
820 applied march 2017
PC/HC requested dec 2017
PC/HC submitted jan 2018
820 granted Jan 2018
801 applied 10th jan 2018, i applied 2 months early (submitted status)
14th jan- initial assessment
3rd feb - further assessment

That's such a long time already! is it still just showing 'received' in your online visa application page? I'm approaching 20 months and can understand how frustrating it is because I don't know there is anything you could do other than keep waiting...

Hi , you get a interview too ? can I ask what’s your situation such as Which country are you from ? Did you provide enough documents? When did you applied 820 ?

Yeah got a request for a face one. Very stressful as most people don't get asked for it.I've applied for 801 on Dec 16, so it has been 25 months.
