Hi All,

I’m now eligible for my 801 and I’m just wondering if all of the evidence I provided in my 820 needs to be added again?

Such as our relationship certificate etc?

Do they look at both applications together or just review the 801 evidence?

Thank you!

You will need to supply updated police checks, however all the rest of the evidence will need to cover the time period from your original application date until now.

What you originally applied with for the 820 has already been taken into consideration, as you have already been granted the 820. You'll need to submit the same type of evidence (financial, social, household etc) but just updated, if that makes sense.

Ok guys - I've uploaded a lot of document attachments since applying for the 801 a few weeks ago - I am just waiting on my partner to finish her document, as well as one other 888 form... As soon as I have these I'll upload them.

Also, I noticed that my status went from Initial Assessment to Further Assessment tonight, after I clicked the button at the bottom of the attachments page saying "I confirm I have provided information as requested"...Is this any indication of good news?

Here is a screenshot of all documents I've uploaded so far, and how I've presented it.
Can you suggest any other documents I should be uploading? It would be greatly appreciated. Should I do a form 80? I never did one for the 820...

Cheers

First time post: Hi guys. I'm just in the middle of my stage 2 application online but I'm experiencing some constraints in terms of form80. I currently have 18 pages with the file size of 11.7MB and the total allow Is 5MB. Does anyone know how to go about this? Should I attached each pages separately as a single file? Your advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi guys,

I am currently waiting a decision on the 801. I will soon be travelling back home for about 4 weeks and my partner will join me for two weeks, to meet with my family. Do I need to notify Immi that I am leaving the country for 4 weeks? If so, how? I have never left for so long so I dont know what to do in this instance.
