Your partner does have to complete the partner stat dec and attach it to your documents. If they haven't filled it out already you can find it here https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/Visas...ec_sponsor.pdf
oh no i just saw your reply...my sponsor submitted another for sponsorship. will that affect my 801 application?

It's a pain waiting and never hearing a thing, but it seems normal for some of us.

All we see is the status change on the immi account, after clicking the button to say we have uploaded everything required.
Hi JandE,

im not sure if i already clicked the button that says "i confirm i have provided information as requested" but when i checked it it's already grayed out.
what does that mean?

Please update your flag here .

Hi guys.. so getting ready to submit all my evidence for 801.
Has anyone used evidence from Facebook and how have they done it?! Just screen shot the pages? My partner and I have gotten engaged since my 820 and obviously want to include as much of this as evidence as I can!
Also I have a couple of ‘soppy’ statuses that I would like to include? Is that good or bad?! And again how do I do it?!!
TAI

I included our FB pages. I clicked on my husband's page, then clicked "Show Friendship" and it gave pages of our posts to each other. This was brilliant, as it showed all of our statuses, as well as our friends/family and all the comments with each one. I saved it all as a pdf and then compressed it to get it down to the data limit. Hope that helps.

Well, I just went in and added some updated evidences for our 801. Did family photos of events (Christmas celebrations, birthdays, our anniversary, a zoo trip, a concert, etc.) since we lodged the 801. Also updated joint utilities, new bank statements, and the like. Only thing I'm currently waiting on is my oldest son's FBI check, as he's been at University in the US for over 12 months now, so I expect that they will ask for it. He's doing fingerprints and such tomorrow, which I'm hoping to have it all done in the next week or two, then I'll upload that. At this point, it would be great to get the grant in the next 2 months or so (which is how long it took for the 820). Anyway, here's hoping we all get swift grants!

I emailed to vic.processing team to ask an update about my application beacuse I was way over the timeframe and also used the complaint form and made a complain last week.

In 4 days I got a reply from them and they have requested AFP Police Checks.
I had it ready and I sent it to them straight away now waiting for the outcome...

Can anyone tell me how long would it take for the grant?

Thanks
I also have a requested for my partner's stat dec 2 weeks ago. we submitted within few hours later and heard nothing since. And once again, it's been 2 weeks

anyone here have got their 801 granted immediately when your relationship is exactly 3 years long?
we werent told about this when my agent submitted our lodgement.. so im also wondering if anyone got an immediate grant without requesting to be considered for immediate grant?

Was your relationship 3 years at the point of application? Sometimes they automatically catch it, but other times, people have had to actually request the 801 grant. If your relationship was at the 3 year mark when you applied, then you should get the 801. If it hit the 3 year mark after you applied, you may not get it.

Hi ladyrogue,
thanks for your reply. we pass the 3 year mark when our lodgement was being submitted. the only issue is i think our agent hasnt told us about this and she may not have put in a request for it. so im not sure if we miss our chance of being considered for immediate grant..

As LadyRogueRayne said, it is often done automatically, no need to ask, but sometimes it gets missed. Maybe if the dates are too close to the 3 years when you apply?

Your agent could add something in to mention this if they haven't done already. It would be worth asking them if they have already done it.
