Hi everybody, this is my timeline:
1 August 2016 - applied 820
10 April 2017 - request some docs
9 June 2017 - 820 granted
31 July 2018 - applied 801
and waiting......
Every 4 months I’m updating more evidence such as photos, tickets, bills, renewed lease and 4th anniversary celebration etc, etc
I just got a full time job in a prestigious company. Shall I upload the contract?
I hope everybody gets their visa approved soon!!

I am not sure that would do anything to prove your relationship, to justify the 801 grant.

Probably best to keep to relationship stuff.

I think we will send an enquiry.

What has everyone been writing for an enquiry email?

Is this the form used?

Whats the best way to submit proof of continuing relationship? Do you submit several PDF files divided into social, financial etc, or do you put everything together in one file?

Also, how would you name it?

Thanks

Hi JandE,

How do you upload that? Should I scan them all to one file or upload them separately in respective categories? Thx!

I think I did one file named eg: "Relationship Update Jan 2019"

It allowed them a quick look at one thing, with various photos and documents.

Hi guys,

I received my 801 today!

My timeline -

Applied 820 - May 2016
Granted 820 - March 2017
Applied 801 - May 2018
Granted 801 - April 2nd 2019.

I'm from the UK and been with my partner since April 2015.

Thank you for all the information I have received from this forum, some of you are extremely helpful and I'm very grateful for any advice I've been given.

Good luck to everyone still waiting 🙂

Thank you, we just did it ourselves. Everything was pretty straight forward for us though. We had no contact from anyone and we made no contact. 🙂
