True, at least should have an update, so fed up now, no clue at all regarding the application, seems like they lost it somewhere

surely using the enquiry form would prompt them to become un-lost, though?

Hi all,

Did they update the processing time for April? I searched through their website and found their processing time is still 19-24 months, is it correct?

Thanks

The truth is the following:
Those who make their own applications,
the department sends monthly global time. The official website gets information about 48 hours after. We who have RMA don't have access to our account and find the information later on the official site.
I hope I was useful.

Immigration had requested me to do my health examination, and I'm reading now in my dashboard:

"All health examinations required for the specified visa subclass have been finalised. Processing of this person's visa application can now continue. This will not occur until a case officer investigates the case in line with published processing times for the visa that has been applied for. Do not contact the department about health examinations in the meantime."

Is this an indication that the temporary visa should get decided soon? If not, I will need to apply for a BVB in the next couple of weeks because I want to travel by mid-May. Not sure if I should do this now or wait.

Hi, long time lurker, first time posting. I'm currently on an 820 that was lodged 16-May 2017. The 820 was granted on 22 March 2018. Last week I received an email telling me that I can now submit information for the permanent stage of my partner visa. I've worked through the questions and forms, but there is a question asking me if it's been 24 months since we've lodged the initial application for the 820 (about 3 weeks short). If I click no, I can't continue to submit. I guess I'm supposed to wait the 3 weeks until 16th of May? Thanks for any advice.

I remember the same thing when I filed. It's ok to click yes, as they do allow you to file up to one month early for the 801.

What LRR said. You can do the Stage 2 stuff up to one month prior, so it's okay to tick that box once you've gotten that reminder email (that comes one month prior to eligibility).
