When I received the automated email it said "RE: Partner (Permanent) Processing Centres Enquiry Form" so I guess it went out as generic email heading. The only thing I can see possible might be the headline in the text box (as in putting your headline as the first sentence).
I personally feel that they are being quite responsive to the enquiries though. As long as you keep it polite, to the point and you have uploaded all necessary documents on your immiaccount you should be fine.
Hi,
Can you please tell me what you wrote in the client id and client number ? I couldn’t find my client id anywhere.
Thankyou

Yes the 820 was quick too (luckily). So the exact dates are like this:
300 applied 28/10/15
300 granted 01/05/16
(4 months and 3 days)
---------------------------------------------
820 applied 07/10/16
820 granted 31/10/16
(24 days)
---------------------------------------------
801 applied 07/10/18
Enquired via migration agent 02/04/19
801 granted 11/05/2019
(7 months and 5 days)

***In the enquiry, which was sent a bit less than 6 months into the process, I have mentioned the fact that in order for me to complete my degree and find a better job I need the visa for uni purposes. Also I mentioned that we have a decision ready case and all documents were provided upon lodgement.
I have provided police clearance with it.

Client ID - I used "Application ID" in 820 grant letter
Client number - I used "File Number" in grant letter and TRN

I am not sure if this is correct but I wanted give them all ID identifications so they can find me hahaha but I am sure one of these numbers will link to your application anyway.

I think you can also put your details in Text box where you write the content of your enquiry.

That is such a good result, congratulations!

I can't remember where I read it on Immi website but they basically said 801 application cannot be put on priority list based on these reasons (Uni fees, buying houses and job security) but they obviously take these into considerations which makes sense.

Enjoy a new life chapter in Australia

I was on a high of my grant this weekend but I want to express my gratitude and thank everyone who contributed to this forum and created such great information and help along the way especially JandE, Sky and LRR.

I might not check this forum every couple hours like I used to before my grant lol but shoot me any questions, I would like to help and give back wherever I can.

Good luck to everyone who still waiting. Hope yours come the soonest.

I have no idea, but some people have tried those reasons with no luck and others didn't even give reasons and had luck.

Just me guessing here, but I think they like to blitz through a bunch of applications to clear the backlog occasionally, so they do the applications that are decision ready. So if someone messages them and they look at it, if it's an easy application to process and nothing else is needed, they might just make a quick decision and move on. Just my thoughts though, not facts.

I also think it is that. It makes some sense.

They had to look at it, due to a sensible request, then they decide if to put it back, or just grant it, as it looks good.

Hi guys,

Just wanted to say I got my Permanent Partner visa today! A serious thanks to this forum, it provided so many answers during the application process. Here's some background info on me in case it sheds some light for others going through the waiting game:

Me: American
WHV: 2015
Applied for 820/801: Jan 2018
Granted the 820/801: May 2019

I was super lucky to get my permanent visa at the same time as my temporary. During the wait (Jan 2018 - May 2019) my partner and I got married and I began the certification process to become a teacher here. The last part probably helped the most. We also liked to travel throughout our relationship and kept a travel blog together, which probably provided more than enough evidence for the quality of our relationship.

Good luck to all of you!
