You can attach it to the sponsors. There is no way you would have attached 120 documents.

Click on the sponsors section and add it there.

In all honesty if you have submitted 120 documents (60 for the applicant and 60 for the sponsor) then it is not very well organised as you should not reach 120.

Hi All,

Im new to this and just stumbled across the forum while searching for answers. Ive been is Oz for almost 5 years now. I applied for my 801 on 1st May 2016 and eligibilty date was 12th June 2016.

At that time I was informed the waiting time was 12-15 months. Today I called Immigration to see if I could find anything out, the person informed me that my application has been assigned to a case officer but no way of telling me how long it may take.

Im hoping to apply for the NSW police force but cant until my PR comes through.

Anyone have any info about this situation and know the likely waiting time once application is assigned to a case officer.

Thanks

Ed

With DIBP anything depends on the case officer. I have seen some people have to get new AFP's and others not.
Thank you Mish. I will go with what we have for now and then get the other done at a later date. Thanks again X

There are 4 good registered migration agents on this forum but I am unsure if any of them are from Perth. You can do Skype consults with them so they don't have to be in Perth.

How long was the interview? If it was a short one (5 minutes or so) then usually there isn't a problem but if it was a long interview then it means that the case officer is having concerns about the relationship.

If you are looking for a migration to hurry up the process then you are out of luck as they can't hurry them up either (if they could we would all use migration agents).

Hopefully the wait shouldn't be too much longer, we have seen a few around the 20-22 months approved lately.

Here is the link for the global processing times where 75% are processed in 15 months and 90% within 20 months. https://www.border.gov.au/about/acce...ocessing-times

In all honesty I would not take them saying you have a case officer assigned too seriously. There was someone who was told that and then the next time they rang they said that they didn't have a case officer.

They appear to be doing around May 2016 eligibility dates at the moment so should not be too much longer.

Did you apply online or by paper?
