I was just going to say that. It could just be that one person only checks for police checks, sends the request, then puts it back in the pool for someone more experienced to pick up and do the rest of the stuff.

I'm wondering... They may have missed the stat dec, or maybe they want an updated one?

Yea, that was my first thought...but it specifically said the Sponsor Stat Dec is missing: "Please note that the sponsor statutory declaration is still outstanding." I really think it was just a matter of not looking at my husband's evidences. Maybe I should upload it again, only put it under my name this time? I emailed them back, but haven't heard anything today.

Yeah, I'd upload it again just in case. There could be an issue with not being able to open it or receive it on their end, although probably more likely they missed it like you said.

Hi everyone,

Just to give an update our permanent partner visa was granted today. The total waiting time was 26 months but only 3 months of waiting after applying for the permanent visa back in Feb.

Hey Nick, that's wonderful, congrats!
I got my temp 820 confirmed on 11 Jan 2019, applied for 801 on 27th April 2019; I'm really hoping mine will be processed so quick as yours as well!

Hey everyone,
Did you include in 801 supporting docs again the statements and sta.decl.? I had 7 witnesses at 820 stage, do I need additional ones?
Many thanks

We did 2 of the 888's at each stage of the 300, 820 and 801.

How long did your 820 take.. when did you apply?

Hi, thanks.
We applied 27.05.2017 and got 820 confirmed 11.01.2019. Almost 20 months.
We're both originally from Europe, low-risk countries, but my partner is an Australian citizen 20 years now.

Hi everyone,
In the 'Enquiry form" are listed overseas offices in just a few countries, mine as an example is London, Europe - however, it's not on the list. How did you guys from Europe send the enquiry then?
Many thanks.

I went ahead and uploaded it under my name. Additionally, we just had a family trip last weekend, so I uploaded tickets, hotel, food receipts to show our ongoing relationship. If I don't hear anything in another week, I'll do updated utilities and all. I've been putting updated evidences every 3 months or so, just to keep showing we're ongoing. Honestly, we've supplied a good amount of evidence, have a decision ready app (now that we supplied the State PC I'd forgotten about)...it's just a waiting game. Went ahead and got the rest of my son's plane tickets back to Alaska...as we just don't know if we'll have the visa. So, he's planning on doing another semester there, then transfer over here to a Uni in WA for the 2020 school year. Hopefully we have our grant by then.
