When did you get your grant? Did you send in an enquiry?
End of last year. Yes, I used the enquiry form as recommended by another member on here and got my grant within 24 hours. The enquiry form probably got them to look at my case. The actual information was well organized and I gave them everything they needed to make a decision.

Awesome, mind letting us know what you wrote in the enquiry?
Also what sort of evidence did you upload? Iíve uploaded 50 pdfs each with 4-6 pages of everything we have done including pictures etc etc and receipts.

Iíve added insurance, flights, holidays, joint bookings, joint bank account and emergency contact of each other.

I asked yesterday if them to check my documents as Iím studying nursing in 4 weeks and I want to be able to work at my placement when I finish. Some placements done allow 820 people to work there and I donít get to chose my placement

Great news, I was granted my PR a few days ago on 15th June 2019.
Wait time about 5 months 2 weeks.
I wasn't expecting my PR until around 2020/2021 as logging into my IMMI account it said my case hasn't been assigned yet and estimated wait time 22-26 months.
Hopefully some people here will get some good new soon too.

Kim

I didn't submit nearly that much.

Sky has done lots of homework on every part of the process - a Case Officer will clearly see this.

Sky has a very good understanding of the Partner (and other) Visa process and how best to deal with it. I have no doubt the learning process was somewhat stressful in the initial stages.

Absolutely and plenty of "Oh, ...." moments! But couldn't have done it as well in the end without learning from people like you, ampk.

pretty sure this has been asked/answered before, since its a limited file size. how do you compressed it to a smaller size .i remember last time i compressed it following a link that someone suggested it. or can i just submit it in doc. file?

looking at the quick approval im a bit panic that i have submitted my 801 but havent upload all the evidence except my daughter's birth cert. the status now is further assessment -

Hi members, do you think my wife's 801 visa is taking to long?
It is 28 months now since we lodged her 820/801 application.
At that time she was the Mother of 1 of our Australian Citizen children now it is 2 Australian Citizen children.

820/801 lodged February 2017
820 granted April 2018
Still waiting for 801
We feel a bit in the dark as we have an agent,

Is it possible to log in and see what is going on with the application if you are using an agent?

It's only been 4 months since you've been eligible for the 801 current progressing times are 75% within 22 months and 90% within 26 months.
Note those dates are from eligibility
