I am not sure if this is correct but I wanted give them all ID identifications so they can find me hahaha but I am sure one of these numbers will link to your application anyway.

I think you can also put your details in Text box where you write the content of your enquiry.
Thanks for us also,

I don't really understand eligibility or many other things mentioned on this site. We have just been doing as asked when asked by agent.
We would love to log in and see for ourselves what is going on but I don't think this is possible using an agent. Or is it?

So you used an agent for your 820? Did you submit a second application and a lot of evidence for the 801? A few months back?

You need to apply for the 801, like you did the 820.

Yes have done a few things when asked. We do have a lot of faith in our agent so will just leave it up to him.

I used an agent too for my 820 and everything went perfectly.

You were eligible when I was eligible so we’ll be waiting for a while together probably. The average right now is around 14 months that’s another 10 for us both!

It is 28 months now since we lodged her 820/801 application.
At that time she was the Mother of 1 of our Australian Citizen children now it is 2 Australian Citizen children.

820/801 lodged February 2017
820 granted April 2018
Still waiting for 801
We feel a bit in the dark as we have an agent,
Hi there,

The wait period for 801 applications could take 22 months (75% Of Visas Processed) to 26 months (90% Of Visas Processed).

As you applied in February 2017 your eligibility date for 801 would be February 2019. Assuming that you already applied for your 801 in February 2019 it has only been 4 months for the 801 application.

Did you submit your 801? If so, when?

Visa 801 does not come automatically after two years you will NEED to apply for it. After 2 years from the date of your 820 application is when you are ELIGIBLE to apply for 801.

Most agents deal and charge you separately for 820 and 801 but they should have forward you the email from IMMI saying you are now eligible.

Contact your agent ad apply 801 immediately if you haven't done it already.

After you apply, the waiting time is various. See previous JandE posts for actual waiting time of people in this forum. The department quoted time atm is 22-26 months but most people got it a lot quickly than that.

7.9 months from UK
10.7 months from Philippines
11.3 months from Philippines

I notice you are from India, the two grants in May, for India, took 16.8 and 26.0 months, but none that I have seen in June.
Yes, from Spain.

I hope we will maintain the record for history as the fastest 801 grant of June 2019
