looking at the quick approval im a bit panic that i have submitted my 801 but havent upload all the evidence except my daughter's birth cert. the status now is further assessment -
I use apps in Google Drive to compress, split, merge PDFs and so on. Doesn't cost anything.

I know someone who asked her agent for the reference number and then created an immiaccount to link the application. Not sure if it really works.

We would love to log in and see for ourselves what is going on but I don't think this is possible using an agent. Or is it?
Your timeline is very close to mine. I submitted the original application for 820/801 in Feb 2017 too. Got my 820 granted Dec 2017. Eligible for 801 Feb 2019.

Hi all!

I am have just submitted my second stage visa and about to upload my evidence.

I was just wondering if I need to get another police check as I understand if you uploaded one for your 820 application it’s not required - but does this only last 12 months?

Also - does my partner need to complete a 888 stat dec?

Thanks for all the valuable advice on this forum it’s really appreciated!

I didn't upload any police checks I already submitted in the previous stage, nor did I renew those. I only did my AFP because it wasn't needed for me at the time for my 820 but at Stage 2 eligibility I had spent more than 12 cumulative months in Oz.

No, the sponsor doesn't do F888. The sponsor has a specific stat dec form found here.

Thank you so much for that! I didn’t realise there was a specific stat dec form so will get him to complete that ASAP!!

Wow, i didnt know that there is a specific stat dec for sponsor to fill. Is this new? We did our stat dec (820 application) in a normal format (without the boxes and the subjects. Planning to do the same format again. but if this is the new requirement , i guess i have to redo it.

so this stat dec is the same as the boxes in the application form? but the only difference is this is stat dec.

Hi guys, I just submitted 801 application and about to submit documents. However, I notice the categories of Recommend documents are a bit different from 820 .They do not have specific categories like Nature of households, financial aspect, form 888...

At the moment, I have my own categories as below

Can you pls show me which documents should be located to which categories as in Recommend documents list?
So far, I uploaded :
- my Passport to Travel documents
- my spouse's Passport to his Travel documents and his Statutory Declaration to Others documents ( in his section)
- Lease agreement + receipts + water billings +2 form 888 to Evidence of couples living together .

Dunno if it's correct or not. Pls give advice!

Thanks a lot!
