1- do you have to send those information or itís only additional thing to boost the process as Iíve red on immiacount that theyíll ask for info if required,
2- if itís better to send so what shall we send for them in particular?
I appreciate your help if someone knows
Immigration do not have to ask for anything. They can actually decide based on what you have submitted.

Waiting to be asked can slow down the process.

Immigration actually say this:
Your application can take longer to process if you don't include all required documents or we need more information from you

Okay but it’s not asking for any photos or bank statements just asked for important information such as marriage certificate, birth certificate of our kids and other major evidence,
Do you know what else is gonna help if I send through?

Things that are going to help can include anything that proves the relationship is still continuing. Dated photos, joint bank statements, joint travel documents, etc.

Hi guys

I applied my visa through an agent.

820
Applied January 2015
Granted March 2016

801
Applied March 2017
July 2019 still waiting

It had been almost 28 months. I sent an updated information to my agent every 6 months. The recent update was June 2019.
The update I got from my agent is to wait as there so many applications waiting for review. I have no idea how my agent do a follow up on my case.

Can I do a follow up by myself? Or anyone have suggestion Please Help

Thank you

DOHA will inform you that all communication will be sent to the agent.
Even if you do contact immigration they will not provide you with any information as they will inform you to wait.

Documents upload

Hi everyone, great info on these threads, i want to say firstly thank you for everyone who shared their experiences.

My wife is coming up to her 801 visa eligibility date on 31 July 2019 (she has a 820 visa since September 2018, Iím not sure how I can add the timeline underneath each post sorry).

Iím just wondering when Iíd be able to start uploading new documents to show the relationship is ongoing? When we go to the immi website, her application just shows that the stage one of the visa application is finalised, and we can only view attachments but not add new ones. I could however add new attachments in my sponsor application, is that what we are meant to do?

Thank you.

Most of the January 2015, subclass 820 applicants, that I have seen, received their 801 grant at the end of 2017, but they were UK, US and Canada applicants. One other, from Vietnam, appears to be still waiting. You are both at 30/31 months from eligibility date.

What is your Nationality?

Last months processing times, for the 801, were:
75% processed in under 22 months.
10% processed in over 26 months.

I would have expected the agent to be able to chase that, as yours is well over the 90% group. Unless longer processing times for your nationality are normal to them.

You need to start a new application, for the second stage, in the IMMIaccount.
