Hey, yes I have applied my 801 on the 18th April 2018, I have also asked for some advice in this forum and nobody replied. As my situation has been a bit tricky I thought I could have some help, but well, nothing happened yet and no PR yet. I am from Italy, low-risk Country.

Hi All
Hope you guys have an answer for this. We applied 24 Aug 2017, I'm the sponsor, my de facto partner is from China. Temporary 820 granted in May 2018. On 24 July 2019 the department sent the email saying we can start stage 2 and so we did a few days ago. But after submitting the application, the immi account only shows the Recommended section of documents, and the Other section. I thought there would be a Required section, like in Stage 1, where we can submit forms 888, sponsor declaration etc., but there's no such section. We submitted stage 2 on 16 August 2019, so technically a few days before the 2-year. Should we just upload them under the Other section? We're worried that if we leave it as it is, the department is going to assume we don't have those documents, but we do.

The same happened for us, but the rest of the categories appeared the next day.

I had already uploaded everything to the only category that was there, and it was all accepted OK.

I did upload some other things later, and put those in the correct categories.

Thanks!

Yeah we were thinking of uploading everything as Other, just in case. But then it's strange that nothing appeared yet and it's been more than 1 week. Our 2-year is today and it's Saturday, so maybe we should wait until Monday...

I think I saw someone say they never got them, and just did everything under "other".

I would just upload everything under the only available heading, now.
Then in a couple of months, submit an enquiry to ask if that was OK, due to not having the available options.

Sometimes a genuine enquiry triggers a faster grant ...

@JandE
Actually we have already submitted that kind of enquiry 5 days ago, but no reply received so far. I know they won't reply if you can find the answers on the website, but I couldn't find an answer anywhere, that's why I posted here

Hi everyone, I’m new here! Just wondering if anyone applied their 820/801 in 2015 and got their 820 in 2016 but still waiting for their 801? Thanks 🙂
