I’m sure they get literally hundreds of calls and emails every day from people who’ve only been waiting a year or less saying ‘where’s my visa’ so I’d make sure you say it’s been 33 months and make them look up your case specifically rather than giving you a generic it’s normal and fine.
I’m also fairly sure I remember seeing around somewhere you can bring a formal complaint against them for taking so long (that’s why the wait times are quoted as so long because you can’t complain until you’re outside the wait time)
But I’d start with emailing or calling them and asking, the making a complaint to the department through their system, then legal action (if you want and care that much and aren’t nervous about them then trying to take it out on you and find a way to reject your visa, which they can’t legally do but i would still be nervous about. but the first two should work)

I once sponsored a lady from Thailand she only used me to come to Australia pretended and promised to be a happy family after the initial probation period changed and found another guy had kid with him and also carried debts from her country which I did not know about moral of the story is there are pretenders and scammers in the world who only want to use you to get what they want but there also maybe genuine people beware and make sure that person is genuine I don’t want to sponser anyone any more it’s not worth it for me

Thanks for your suggestion!!!
I've been asking 2 agents if I can make a complaint, one said she highly recommended, one said no.
I don't know if I made complaint it will caused my visa any problems.

What is your nationality?
Are there any unusual circumstances in your application?
It seems there are a few that have been waiting a while.

Yes so sad that is bound to happen @lanky. It is what they called " You use me, I use you". You use the girl for a free F**k but she then uses you to come over here with your status to get permanent residency. Lol

I don't think same sex couple will change the length of process. We are a same sex couple and our application was processed as normal.
